Along with the emails, you should also send the text message, known as SMS. A lot of customers prefer getting notifications through SMS rather than email. 3. Multiple shipping options: No two customers are same; some shoppers can wait for different amount of days for the delivery of their orders. So, you must provide a variety of shipping options to your customers.

4. Streamline processing: The faster the delivery, the more satisfied customers will be. So, make sure you streamline the process to make it work faster. Notify the packers as soon as the order is placed. Also, streamline the packing process. In short, make sure the product is shipped as quickly as possible after the order is placed.

5. Online tracking information: Make sure you provide the order tracking service to your customers so that they can remain updated and check out the status as and when they want.
